Alsace Express | Day 1

Paris / Strasbourg

Departure from Paris in a deluxe coach with your Carol Voyages’ guide for a drive to the Alsace region and Strasbourg. Visit of the Notre Dame Cathedral and its famous astronomical clock followed by a pedestrian tour in the charming district of “La Petite France”, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner in a local restaurant for a delicious sauerkraut. Overnight in a 3-star hotel near Strasbourg.

Alsace Express | Day 2

Strasbourg / Gertwiller/ Riquewhir / Colmar

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning drive to Gertwiller to visit a gingerbread craft factory. Continuation on the Alsace wine route to the charming village of Ribeauvillé and free time for lunch. Continuation to Riquewihr classified among the most beautiful villages of France, then visit a cellar of Alsace wine with tasting. End to Colmar for a dinner in a local restaurant and night stroll to admire the center of the city with the house Pfister and the Koifhus (former customs). Overnight in a 3-star hotel near Colmar.

Alsace Express | Day 3

Colmar/ Haut Koenigsbourg / Paris

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning drive to the regional natural park of the ballon des Vosges to visit the fantastic castle of “Haut Koenigsbourg”, one of the most visited monuments in Alsace. Then return to Paris and late arrival in the evening.
